Services

A room is the easy part. What most pilgrim families really need is someone who knows how Tirupati works — that is what our front desk is for.

What We Do

Help with the whole trip, not just the room

All of it included with your stay. Nothing here carries a service charge — you pay only for a cab or a meal, at the going rate.

Darshan Assistance

Our desk guides you through Srivari Seva, Sarva Darshan and special-entry ticket options, and tells you the honest waiting time for the day.

  • Guidance on TTD online booking
  • Current queue timings each morning
  • Laddu prasadam counter directions
  • Nearby ticket counter locations

Tirumala Transport

  • Airport and railway pick-up
  • Group vehicle for large families
  • Early-morning departures arranged

24/7 Reception

  • Round-the-clock check-in
  • Early check-in on request
  • Wake-up call service
  • Local guidance in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi & English

Local Sightseeing

Beyond Tirumala there is plenty to see. We put together half-day and full-day plans that actually fit your train timings.

First Time in Tirumala?

How a darshan trip usually goes

If this is your family's first visit, here is the honest sequence — the part most websites skip.

  1. 1

Book your slot before you travel

TTD releases Sarva Darshan and special-entry (₹300) slots on tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in, usually a month or more ahead. Booking from home saves hours in the queue.

  2. 2

    Reach Tirupati the night before

Most darshan slots are early morning. Arriving the previous evening means you sleep properly and leave fresh — this is why most of our guests book the night before.

  3. 3

Tell our desk your slot time

Give reception your darshan time at check-in. We will tell you exactly when to leave and have a cab waiting at that hour, however early it is.

  4. 4

    Travel light up the hill

Phones, cameras and leather are not allowed inside. Leave what you don't need in your room — it stays locked and secure while you are away.

  5. 5

    Collect prasadam and come back

Laddu counters are past the exit. Come back to a room that is yours till check-out, with hot water ready and coffee whenever you ring.

Please note: darshan tickets are issued only by TTD through their official website and counters. We do not sell tickets and no hotel legitimately can — anyone promising guaranteed tickets for a fee should be avoided. What we give you is accurate guidance, free of charge.
